Through the course of this year, we've looked at the many projects we're working on. We've examined various things which we were doing and that we thought we should have more time for. We looked at various things that we were doing that we felt like we should do less of. And we've come to this introduction of Diablo Classic, which has been an amazing experience for us. We also attended the Diablo League for season 2 and getting ready for heading into the final stretch season with BlizzCon. So it's been quite a pleasant ride here.
If you don't have a clear idea of what Blizzard is trying to accomplish Now, what would you say about recent shakeups at the top as well as layoffs and the sort of direction will take into?
The most important thing that is real, that has been consistently proven and will be true going forward is that we are an values-driven company. We take most of our important strategic decisions through that lens.
Stepping back, I think when you have a founder who's been in charge for over 28 years, I believe that it's normal and normal to feel worry, uncertainty as well as doubts regarding how we're going to continue to continue to grow.
What I believe is essential for people to understand is the principles that have built this business and also built Blizzard are those same principles. We're still adamant about gameplay being the most important thing above all else. We are still focused on providing great player experiences and a positive community spirit for all that we do. It couldn't be more important as we look to the future.
