How did this new tech/insurance company

The company Madden 23 coins  claims they provide automobile and home insurance which is quite cool. There are hundreds of insurance companies in the United States, from Geico and their delightful British gecko to The General, and their mascot, Sleepy Shaq.

What can make the Steelers calling their stadium "Acrisure Stadium" peculiar is the fact that, by practically every source available that does not mention Acrisure directly, they are not a very large company. They certainly aren't large enough to be able to think of them acquiring the right to name a Madden NFL 23 venue up against the other giants in the league.

How did this new tech/insurance company get to name the stadium? Perhaps it was old-fashioned nepotism. In the write up in the Pittsburgh Gazette we start to discover that the connection with Acrisure and the Steelers is more than buying naming rights."Two years ago, the company bought the insurance operations of artificial intelligence company Tulco LLC, whose chief executive officer is Mr. Tull. Tulco became a significant part-owner of Acrisure as part of the deal, as per an announcement made on the day of the transaction.

Mr. Tull, a billionaire film producer, also has an equity stake in Steelers." That's right, Thomas Tull had a company named Tulco madden 23 coins cheap  that he sold to Acrisure which makes him a minority owner of Acrisure. Tull also has a part-ownership of the Steelers. So when Acrisure takes payment from the Steelers, Tull is kind of paying himself. That doesn't seem suspicious in any way. Perhaps, it's normal and I'm just completely confused. I'll own that. To be honest I've felt a bit lost about this topic since I came across this sentence from the Acrisure website regarding the benefits they offer clients.
