With all this talk about new careers being in high demand, it sounds like the heating and cooling business is booming! The statistic
about 19,000 new HVAC technicians will enter the workforce is pretty mind-blowing.
On one hand, it's great that there are good opportunities out there. But on the other hand, it seems like there's still a big gap to fill. So, is this a good field for someone with no experience? I'm not exactly mechanically inclined, but I'm a fast learner and willing to roll up my sleeves.
What are some of the biggest challenges of becoming an HVAC technician? And is there a good mix of classroom learning and hands-on experience? Also, how physically demanding is the job on a daily basis? Just trying to get a well-rounded picture before diving in. Any advice would be appreciated!

I know it's been a while but The Australian job market can be a mixed bag, depending on your field. If you're in your area, like veterinary medicine, it's a good idea to check out resources like

Overall, I've heard some sectors are booming while others are slow. It's all about finding the right fit and ensuring your skills align with what's hot now. Feel free to network and contact people in your industry for tips and advice.
